1 Calcul matriciel / 3 pts

\(AB = \begin{pmatrix} 2 - 1 - 2 & 0 + 2 + 8 \\ 0 + 3 - 1 & 0 - 6 + 4 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} -1 & 10 \\ 2 & -2 \end{pmatrix}\) (1 pt).

\(BA = \begin{pmatrix} 2 & -2 & 4 \\ 1 & -7 & 0 \\ -1 & 13 & 2 \end{pmatrix}\) (1 pt).

\(\operatorname{tr}(AB) = -3\) et \(\operatorname{tr}(BA) = 2 - 7 + 2 = -3\) : elles sont égales (1 pt).

2 Pivot de Gauss / 4 pts

\(L_2 \leftarrow L_2 - 2L_1\) : \(-3y + z = -3\) (1 pt). \(L_3 \leftarrow L_3 - 3L_1\) : \(-y - 4z = -14\) (1 pt).

De la première, \(z = 3y - 3\) ; en reportant, \(-y - 12y + 12 = -14\), donc \(y = 2\) puis \(z = 3\) (1 pt), et \(x = 6 - 2 - 3 = 1\).

Solution : \((1,2,3)\). Le système a trois pivots, son rang est \(3\) (1 pt).

3 Déterminant à paramètre / 4 pts

  1. Règle de Sarrus : termes positifs \(1\cdot a\cdot 1 + 1\cdot 1 \cdot a + a\cdot 1\cdot 1 = 3a\) et négatifs \(a\cdot a\cdot a + 1\cdot 1\cdot 1 + 1\cdot 1\cdot 1 = a^3 + 2\). Donc \(\det M(a) = 3a - a^3 - 2 = -(a^3 - 3a + 2) = -(a-1)^2(a+2)\) (2 pts).
  2. Non inversible \(\iff \det M(a) = 0 \iff a = 1\) ou \(a = -2\) (1 pt).
  3. \(M(1)\) a toutes ses entrées égales à \(1\) : rang \(1\). \(M(-2)\) a ses trois lignes de somme nulle (\(L_1 + L_2 + L_3 = 0\)) mais deux lignes non proportionnelles : rang \(2\) (1 pt).

4 Application sur les polynômes / 3 pts

  1. \(f(1) = 1\), \(f(X) = X + 1\), \(f(X^2) = X^2 + 2X\). Donc \(M = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 1 & 0 \\ 0 & 1 & 2 \\ 0 & 0 & 1 \end{pmatrix}\) (2 pts).
  2. \(M\) est triangulaire de déterminant \(1 \neq 0\) : elle est inversible, donc \(f\) est bijective (1 pt).

5 Changement de base / 3 pts

  1. \(P^2 = \begin{pmatrix} 5 & 0 \\ 0 & 5 \end{pmatrix} = 5I_2\), donc \(P^{-1} = \dfrac{1}{5}P\) (1 pt). Puis \(AP = \begin{pmatrix} 4 & -3 \\ 2 & 6 \end{pmatrix}\) et \(\dfrac{1}{5}P(AP) = \dfrac{1}{5}\begin{pmatrix} 10 & 0 \\ 0 & -15 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} 2 & 0 \\ 0 & -3 \end{pmatrix}\) (1 pt).
  2. \(A^3 = PD^3P^{-1} = \dfrac{1}{5}\begin{pmatrix} 16 & -27 \\ 8 & 54 \end{pmatrix}\begin{pmatrix} 2 & 1 \\ 1 & -2 \end{pmatrix} = \begin{pmatrix} 1 & 14 \\ 14 & -20 \end{pmatrix}\) (1 pt).

6 Trace et similitude / 3 pts

  1. \(\operatorname{tr}(AB) = \sum_i\sum_k a_{ik}b_{ki} = \sum_k\sum_i b_{ki}a_{ik} = \operatorname{tr}(BA)\) (1 pt).
  2. Si \(B = P^{-1}AP\), alors \(\operatorname{tr}(B) = \operatorname{tr}((P^{-1}A)P) = \operatorname{tr}(P(P^{-1}A)) = \operatorname{tr}(A)\) (1 pt).
